Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 February 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EWConcepts website and services operated by EWConcepts ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
EWConcepts provides web design, web development, brand identity, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are outlined in individual proposals and contracts agreed upon between EWConcepts and the client.
3. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the agreed services.
- Supply content, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner as outlined in the project scope.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom design files, code, and content created specifically for your project. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences. EWConcepts retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit to commence work and 50% upon project completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payment plans may be arranged. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
6. Project Timelines
We commit to delivering projects within the timelines outlined in our proposals. Delays caused by late provision of content, feedback, or approvals from the client may extend the project timeline accordingly. We will communicate any delays promptly.
7. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EWConcepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. We will provide all completed deliverables upon settlement of outstanding payments.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
